A platter specially designed for you to discover small delights cooked on site and others in partnership with producers from the Centre-du-Québec region.

You will be impressed by the succulent combination of our onion chutney, sweet potato spread on good sourdough bread.
Our cold beverages infused with plants picked directly from our gardens will quench your thirst perfectly.

Our salads guarantee freshness and color on the plate, and our dessert offering is simply decadent.

The discovery platter is suitable for two people. It must be ordered 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
